Ticket Donation Request

Requesting tickets for donation is a two-part process:

Complete and submit this online request form.
Send an e-mail with a letter attached to atdonationrequest@woodruffcenter.org. The attached letter should be on organization letterhead and include the following information: name of the contact person, complete address and phone number, statement and purpose of the organization, the type of fundraising event (silent auction, etc.), the date of the event, and a description of the promotional value that the Alliance will receive.

Complete and submit this online request form.
