Woodruff Arts Center, Acting/Drama

Camp will meet at the Woodruff Arts Center
1280 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309

Take center stage at creative drama camp! During this weeklong camp, young actors are invited on an imaginative journey to learn to express their creative side and explore the wonder of theater. With coaching from professional theater artists, they will engage in a variety of activities designed to build their confidence and introduce them to acting through drama games. Campers will work both as an ensemble and in smaller groups, creating a supportive environment where they can explore their creativity and build lasting friendships. The camp culminates in a final showcase inspired by Alliance Theatre Bernhardt Theatre for the Very Young productions or popular literature, where friends and family are invited to witness the incredible growth and talent of our young performers.

A final showcase will be presented to friends and family at 3 PM on the last day of camp.

All young actors must be 5 years old before the start date of their camp even if they are starting kindergarten the next school year.
