Israel Vaughn (Mr. Alderman Ptolemy Tortoise; he/him) is so excited and blessed to make his Alliance debut in Into the Burrow. He recently made his return to stage last winter as Simeon in Mother of God (Southwest Arts Center). You can currently catch him on a few streaming platforms that cannot be listed here due to the SAG-AFTRA strike. Israel is originally from Richmond, VA. He attended college at the University of Virginia where he minored in Drama and was very active in the department.
