Héloïse Bourgeois began doing acrobatics at the age of five through equestrian vaulting, trampoline, and dance. After university, her dream of traveling led her to the circus world. The Montreal school, The 7 Fingers, and her Chinese pole duo with William Underwood took her around the globe many times. A flyer and Chinese pole acrobat, she won the Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain in 2012, performed for the Queen of England, and took part in the Closing Ceremony of the Turin Olympic Games. With an 18-year career and involvement in fifteen creations, Héloïse has shaped a moving artistic universe at the crossroads of dance, theatre, and contemporary circus.
