About Camera Acting: Shorts Camp

Lights, camera, action—get ready to create a cinematic masterpiece! In Camera Acting: Shorts, aspiring young actors will take their on-camera skills to the next level by writing and starring in their own 3–5 minute short film. With guidance from professional film actors, campers will refine their acting techniques while learning the essentials of script breakdown, storytelling, and performance for the screen. Working collaboratively, they’ll build confidence, foster creativity, and bring their story to life. The camp culminates in a screening of the original short film, where family and friends can celebrate the incredible talent and growth of these budding filmmakers and performers.
