In this class students will:
- Understand the difference between verse and prose and what it means in terms of status and relationship.
- Learn how to scan Shakespeare’s text and use the information to inform your character’s emotional state and behavior.
- Develop and craft your unique take on two of Shakepeare’s characters (choose from a tragedy, a comedy and a history play).
- Perform and record final monologues/scenes at the Alliance to be used for reels, audition submissions, actor profiles, etc.
Tuition:$250
Maximum of 16 students
Duration: 4 sessions, 3 hours
