About the Class

Voice Over: Audiobook Narration is a focused training course designed to help you master the art of long-form storytelling. You will practice effective vocal techniques, modulation, and tone, ensuring proper articulation while working directly with professional audiobook texts in class. The curriculum also helps you discover best industry practices for recording, editing, and promotion, while teaching you new techniques to create engaging, honest characters that resonate with listeners.

Meet the Teacher

Hannah Chiclana is a co-owner of OSYS Studios. Since working in the Casting Department at CBS in NYC, she has loved finding the right voices for each role and working with actors to make sure their performance is the best it can be. She continues this work as the Director of Performance at OSYS. Hannah is also a working actor in the Southeast. She received her MFA in Performing Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design and her BA in Theater Studies at The University of Central Florida. Her bread and butter is audiobooks; she's narrated over 60 audiobooks. When she's not in her booth or on stage, she is working with her agent, JPervis, on commercials, voiceovers, and all the other fun TV and Film things. You might have heard her voice in commercials like Bed, Bath, and Beyond, Tally, and more! She loves being a teaching artist and has been teaching for 15+ years starting at The Orlando REP Theatre and currently at The Alliance Theatre.
