School Break Play Days FAQ
Caregiver Information
Everything you need to know about School Break Play Days is in our Caregiver Packets. Download the packet that corresponds to your Play Day location. Inside you will find detailed carpool information, lunch procedure, and more.
Day-to-Day Operations
Play Days run from 9 AM to 4 PM. Drop off is from 8:30 – 9 AM and pick up is from 4 – 4:30 PM.
Students should dress in comfortable clothing they can move in and wear sneakers. Each student should bring a lunch, 2 snacks, a water bottle, and a towel to sit on during lunch. Please label all personal belongings.
Play Days are capped at 12-16 students.
Young actors must bring a nut-free lunch, 2 nut-free snacks, and a water bottle from home and will eat lunch and morning and afternoon snacks in outdoor spaces, weather permitting. If weather does not allow for outdoor lunch, students will eat in their classrooms or studios.
Play Days staff will not assist with any schoolwork or asynchronous learning assignments.
We do not be offer before or after care for School Break Play Days.
School Break Play Days do not culminate in a final performance.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the play day will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $10. Students may transfer to another play day.
Any cancellation made within 3-14 days of the play day will incur a 50% penalty of the original fee. Play days cannot be canceled less than 72 hours before the play day. Students are allowed one transfer within the 14-day window before a play day. Play days will not be refunded due to student illness.
