Join us for a Young Professionals exclusive event!
Grow your bodily awareness while getting to know other young professionals at the Woodruff Arts Center in an Alexander Technique workshop led by a professional teaching artist. Presented in collaboration with the High Museum of Art Young Professionals, this event will explore how to release unnecessary stress, discover habits of your physical body, and foster better alignment, and breathing. Afterward, talk with fellow YPs over drinks during happy hour.
