How To Redeem Tickets
Tickets can only be reserved in person at the Alliance Theatre box office with the library pass. The actual library pass that was checked out from your library must be in hand when reserving your tickets in accordance with the program guidelines.
- Present the Library Pass at the Alliance Box Office in-person to book tickets for a show. This can be any show for which the Alliance is currently offering tickets to see, meaning you can reserve tickets for performances several weeks ahead. When the Pass is presented at the Box Office for a selected performance, you will receive tickets for that performance. You no longer need the Pass see your show, so you can return it to your lending library.
- Present the Library Pass at the Alliance Box Office on the date and time of the show you wish to see. If tickets and seats are available for that date and at that time, you will receive free tickets and be allowed admittance to the Theatre. It is highly advised you call the Alliance ahead of time or check online to ensure tickets are available for the performance you wish to see.
Attending a Performance
Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance. Please consult our Visitor Information page for details on parking, Marta access and other important insights.
