Emma Grace Lizarazo [she/her] is a proud Colombian-American and is thrilled to return to the Alliance Theatre for Carmela Full of Wishes after appearing in last season’s A Christmas Carol. She is honored to be part of this heartfelt story that celebrates the power of wishes, family, and hope.
Her favorite past roles include "Matilda" in Matilda, "Jojo" in Seussical the Musical, "Sky" in Beetlejuice Jr., "Squidward" in The SpongeBob Musical Youth Edition, and bringing to life younger versions of "Anna" in Frozen Jr., "Anastasia" in Anastasia Youth Edition, and "Fiona" in Shrek the Musical Jr.
Emma loves storytelling through theatre and continues to train in voice, acting, and dance, including Broadway Dreams. Outside of performing, she enjoys dancing with her dance team, reading, and spending time with her sister.
Emma is grateful to the creative team and cast of Carmela Full of Wishes for believing in her and giving her this amazing opportunity, to her family and friends for always cheering her on, and a special thank you to Rhyn McLemore for her support and guidance in preparing for this role.
