JD Myers is a teacher, actor, and director based out of Atlanta. Some of his favorite theatre experiences are “Camelot” at the Atlanta Lyric Theatre, “Fiddler on the Roof” at Red Mountain Theatre Company, “South Pacific” at City Springs Theatre Company, and “A Christmas Carol” here at the Alliance Theatre. JD is a graduate of Samford University and the Serenbe Playhouse Apprentice Company. He has taught for the Alliance Theatre for three years now and loves teaching musical theatre and the performing arts!

From JD: I like to create an atmosphere of fun in the classroom, while also setting high standards and challenges for my students. Classwork is a constant assessment of where each student is and how we can meet them where they are and help them have a blast while growing as a creative person.
