Nadia has been building, painting and creating sets for theatre since 1994. She graduated from Georgia State University with a B.A. in theatre and worked for many Atlanta theatre companies before moving to Los Angeles, where she earned her M.F.A. in theater design with a specialization in scenic painting in 2007 from the California Institute of the Arts. Favorite designs include Up From the Downs and Ochre and Onyx for Watts Village Theatre Company, and The Mystery Plays and And the Winner Is for Stillspeaking Theatre. Since returning to Atlanta, her favorite scenic designs include Angry Fags at 7 Stages, and A Wrinkle in Time at Theatrical Outfit. Nadia is a scenic artist on The Vampire Diaries.
