Nikole Williams

relishes working on this production of Blues for an Alabama Sky, which marks her acting debut at the Alliance Theatre. She recently received acclaim for her portrayal of Beneatha Younger in Compass Rose Theater’s production of A Raisin in the Sun. Nikole has also acted in regional theatre productions with the Atlanta Shakespeare Company (Much Ado About Nothing, Timon of Athens) and McCarter Theatre (Arabian Nights, The Adventures of Being Perseus). In New York, she completed acting conservatory training with the revered Maggie Flanigan and graduated from Barnard College and Columbia University. Her favorite New York credits include The Tempest (Miranda), September Twelfth (Rita Azaria), Love’s Labour’s Lost (Rosaline), Swimming Uptown (Samantha), and The Misanthrope (Célimène).
