Olivia Aston
Dan Reardon Director of Youth & Families
Olivia Aston Bosworth, Dan Reardon Director of Youth and Families at the Alliance Theatre, produces the Bernhardt Theatre for the Very Young (TVY), drama classes and camps, family programming, and childcare initiatives. Through each of these programs, she works to break down barriers to access to the arts for families regardless of age, economic status, and ability. Olivia is the creator of TODDLER TAKEOVER: AN ARTS FESTIVAL FOR THE VERY YOUNG at the Woodruff Arts Center, welcoming the city's youngest artists to the world of performing and visual arts. In 2023, Olivia launched Alliance Theatre’s Artist Childcare Program, a radical free childcare program for theatre artists. Olivia serves as Board President for ASSITEJ/TYA/USA. Olivia holds a M.A. in Creative and Innovative Education program at Georgia State University, and a B.A. in Theatre and Performance Studies from Kennesaw State University.
