Trent Lawson [he/him], a UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television graduate and child of the Bay Area, is thrilled to return to Mexodus at the Alliance Theatre. Trent previously understudied Henry during the show’s runs at Pasadena Playhouse, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, and Off-Broadway at the Daryl Roth Theatre, and is honored to now step fully into this one-of-a-kind role. His other credits include Into the Woods (Jack) and The Time of Your Life (Joe) at UCLA’s Little Theater, as well as performing with Disney Cruise Line aboard the Disney Wish. He can also be seen in Giveon’s “I CAN TELL” music video. Outside of performing, Trent enjoys songwriting (@Mellowood on all streaming platforms), arranging a cappella music for choirs of all ages, and recently rekindling his love for roller skating! He would like to thank his friends and family in California, and his Mexodus family, for their constant encouragement and always pushing him toward greatness. @Trent__lawson
