Transportation Reimbursement Eligibility

Alliance Theatre offers transportation reimbursement for school buses to schools participating in field trips to the Goizueta Stage for Youth & Families. Funds to support this program are made possible by the Imagine Endowment Campaign.

Eligibility requirements for the 2026/27 Season are:

• Field trip students are in grades K-5
• School is located in Gwinnett County or Clayton County
• School is a Title I school
• Field trip is to a performance on the Goizueta Stage for Youth & Families during the 2026/27 Season

Priority will be given to schools able to attend the following performances:

Carmela Full of Wishes

September 3 at 10:30am
September 4 at 10:30am
September 8 at 10:00am & 11:45am
September 9 at 10:00am & 11:45am

Winnie the Pooh

May 5 at 10:00am & 11:45am
May 6 at 10:00am & 11:45am
May 7 at 10:00am & 11:45am

Applications for the 2026/27 Season are open. The form will close August 7, 2026. Selections will be made by August 14, 2026. All schools will be notified of their status by that date, whether or not they are selected. Selected schools will have one week to confirm they would like to proceed. Funds are limited and not all eligible schools will be selected.
