YP Happy Hour and Alexander Technique Class
Grow your bodily awareness while getting to know other young professionals at the Woodruff Arts Center in an Alexander Technique workshop led by a professional teaching artist. Presented in collaboration with the High Museum of Art Young Professionals, this event will explore how to release unnecessary stress, discover habits of your physical body, and foster better alignment, and breathing.
