Inspired by the Alliance Theatre’s upcoming production of Sit-In, our June drama camps center on the theme Get Up, Stand Up! Sit-In is an original play that follows three young friends as they learn about the sit-ins of the Civil Rights era and apply those lessons to issues they face in their contemporary lives.

Throughout the week, campers will explore stories of fairness, justice, and friendship. These camps are a unique opportunity for elementary-aged students to participate in the national conversation about equality guided by age-appropriate curriculum and creative expression.
