Father John Fraser Father John Fraser is a Roman Catholic priest of the Archdiocese of New York for the last thirty years. An avid patron of the arts, his seminary training and enthusiasm for theatre and opera were first tapped by City Opera of New York in the early 2000’s serving as a Liturgical Consultant for their productions of Sour Angelica and Tosca. In 2004-5, he was invited to share similar insights with Adam Guettel on The Light in the Piazza, and is pleased to be here in support of the production of Millions. Fr. Fraser currently serves as pastor of St. Malachy’s - The Actors’ Chapel in the theatre district of New York City. In collaboration with some of the city’s most distinguished artists, St. Malachy’s embraces the richness of story telling through music, dance and prose, while ministering to those seeking spiritual enlightenment in a thriving urban environment and to a vibrant outreach program for senior citizens - Encore Community Services - offering meals, social services, companionship to the homebound and a center dedicated to “aging through the arts.”
