What a session looks like

Each session leads participants through a four-part process that moves from theory to practical application. All activities are designed for low-risk and high success for all participants in a safe/engaging environment.

  • Setting the Stage – The session starts with warm-up and focus exercises.
  • Building the Tool Kit – Next, participants apply the custom-designed Alliance@work frameworks to their real-work situations.
  • Rehearsal Time – Then, participants practice and refine their newly acquired skills.
  • Moving Forward – The session ends with a discussion about how participants can put their learning into action at work.
